SCWDP 2004 Round-Up

The date for this years SCWDP Round-Up is now confirmed
(drum roll....)
August 7 & 8

The venue destination will be the lovely Apex Mountain Resort, just outside Penticton, BC.
The good times enjoyed by all Round-Up participants in past events, will be continued for this, the 3rd annual edition.

I had to change things around more than I liked, due to date conflicts with other events.
Aug 7 & 8 are the dates. Hope you can come.

Update:
It seems the Apex Mountain Resort is having ownership/operation problems that would possibly affect our August event.

I'm presently talking to Sun Peaks in Kamloops, as an alternative (and better) host venue.

Bob J will really be ticked off if we go to Sun Peaks, that's only an hour away for me. I could win the award for the shortest distance anyone travelled.

I just got off the phone with (Layla) the Sun Peaks Sales Mgr.
She is very helpful, and is putting together a great package for our event.

The date of Aug 7-8 is about as firm as I can make it. Unless the Earth's axis shifts, or some other catastrophe, that will be the date.

As soon as we've confirmed things with Sun Peaks, I will put the official 2004 Round-Up website online. All the details will be on that site.

Things are coming together for the '04 Round-Up....
