Thanks but because there are 7 of us I think it would be like herding cats for all of us to decide were to go and what time. I was just hopping there might be something already organized so that if we can make it great, if not, we would not have someone waiting for us if we don't show up.
If we miss you guys, just keep an eye open for 7 P cars with Alberta plates. I think that breaks down to 1 red Cayman and 6 Boxsters, 1 being my RS 60 Take care Barry |

I'm planning to make it, but we'll have to overnight. Anyone else planning on looking for a hotel? If so, lets try to find a common place so we can BS after the hillclimb.

a VERY fun drive. I wouldn't say Kevin and I were competing, exactly. but we were both enjoying a spirited drive, at the same time, going the same direction, at exactly the posted speed limit.
 ps, you can't tell but the pic of Kevin in his targa was taken at the same 'posted speed limit'

I saw your cars there about 7:30. My family was in a green Jeep Unlimited as it had air conditioning... the Porsche's isn't working just yet. Hope you guys had a good trip down. It was warm enough! We only stayed at the hilll for about 1/2 an hour. The kids were hot and cranky and then we had to run out to Westside to pick up a SeaDoo before we were outbid. Feel kinda bad that I couldn't stop there for an hour or so. I don't think the rest of the family was in a car-meet kinda mood. Kids just wanted to get into the hotel pool. One of those times when parenthood has it's drawbacks.
We climbed the hill to take a couple of photos at the turn1 hairpin. Its a nice event... hasn't lost that hometown feel. We almost got in without paying. Had to ask the nice lady who we paid for the wrist bands!
