Calgary Stampede
I am working in Calgary for about a week and we arrived Saturday night. Sunday we decided to go th the last day of the Stampede.
I just have to say I have never seen so many good looking ladies in one spot. I was amazed, it must be the hats and short skirts that go together. We also went for a drive and I spoted several early 911's Bahama Yellow, with a White one. Along hwy 40? saw 4 maybe 5 with a couple of Italian units, Very impressed!!

Glad to see you enjoyed Stampede, but us locals would be so hungover and sick and tired of country musics by now. Thanks God it is only 10 days for Stampede.
There are lots of old Porsche and exotic cars in Calgary. We see on the street in the summer all the time. |

Too bad for me, my plane leave Sunday 8:45 am. I will be working Saturday trying to finsih project. I would have enjoyed seeing the cars and owners.
I did get today off and went to the West EDmonton mall. Wow. we're heading on a drive into Montana Friday through the Glacier National Park. I hope its worth the drive. Thanks

Well we did the drive through the Glacier park and have to say it was not disappointing. We went from East to West then back again.
We saw a couple of bears, deer, mountainsheep and mountain goats. Unbelievable!!! Some of the roads have no guardrails in spots about 4000 ft down, with tourist buses passing.
