No such thing as quotas to be met - any day can be bad. Another heads up here as the word is they are cracking down on organized and unorganized speeding vehicles.......

I've known a number of officers and i've heard both the yes there's a quota and no there isn't. Overwhelming evidence from my own observations and experience is that the last week of the month is bad. The last few days are deadly.

My completely stock and slow 912 is pretty much ready to go.

I am sure there are quota's. Where I am from there was a major outcry when it became public that officers where actually disciplined for not writing enough tickets.

Opstelten kapittelt Utrecht om bonnenquotum | Binnenland | Telegraaf.nl (might need google translate )

I will bring a handful of radios for anyone to use.

There is a very simple solution around speeding.....

DON"T BE AN A S S HOLE. That way there is no problem. On the flip side, if you want to be an a s s hole, you are on the wrong freaking tour.

See, simple..................

De Telegraaf, one of my daily morning reads! The article is referring to the local "quota" issues 4+ years ago in the city of Utrecht and the minister has said that these practices need to stop. Maybe there are quotas to be met here and there. I suppose on the flip side if they are ahead you won't see them month end

Looks like early summer weather will be arriving with sunshine and mid to high 20's temps along the route. Means going topless (that is convertible and targa tops) and slopping on the sun screen.

Sunshine always brings bigger smiles.

Great weather ahead indeed! You go topless I add a bra. Yesterday I installed clear vinyl on the headlights and fogs for the full protection.
Too bad but only participating on the drive up to Nelson. My daughter is staying in Winlaw so will be meeting up with her that evening and heading back through the US the next day.
Charlie what is the ETA for Nelson?

Yes to all of it.................

I will give you the route info in Vernon. We only give the route information each day. A traditional surprise of the CamAm.

There is a dinner reservation in Nelson. It is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Cocktails usually start with beers in the parking lot BS'ing and checking out the cars.

I have the dark brown Targa....look for the fat old guy...................LOL!!!!!

Car is packed - spare parts, tools, oil, window cleaner and wine. Oh, and some more wine.
