Excellent condition Printed in W.Germany in June 1966 $150 (plus postage) Postage is $3.75 for first class or $6.25 for the flat rate priority mail envelope in the U.S. Postage everywhere else is $15.00 for first class international or $34.25 for flat rate priority international envelope I will carefully pack and sandwich the brochure between two cardboard pieces and mark the envelope "DO NOT BEND" so it gets to you in the same condition.
