So I guess I will post the first thread on the new forum. I did my first DE yesterday and I must say that I am hooked. For me, it was very different and more enjoyable than auto cross. I understand that auto cross is a great way to hone your driving skills but for me nothing beats the feeling of opening up your car on a NASCAR track. I had the pleasure of being connected with an amazing instructor, David Novac, who is well known and respected in the Porsche and PCA community. Not just in the Metro area but at the national level. This experience was by far, so far, the most enjoyable thing I have done in the car. I look forward to doing DE every possible chance I get. I am going to try to post some photos but I am new to the "group" thing so I hope it works.
