Removing stuck headlamp bolt
So the auto leveling adjuster in my clubbies headlight broke and I need to replace the entire lamp. I was able to remove 2 of the 4 mounting bolts, but the other two are frozen solid in the brass retaining nut. It all spins together. PB blaster hasn’t made a difference. Anybody have a clue how to remove and replace?

Are you able to get enough space to carefully cut the bolt off with a grinder?

Well I finally got time to work on the car today and yes.... I have enough space to cut off the head of the M6 bolt using a dremel. My question at this point is once I get the headlight assembly off, how do I get the long shaft of the bolt out of the Brass capture nut???

There is a replacable plastic nut plate with a brass insert in all 4 places. Replace nutplate and bolt. Suggest a little anti sieze on bolt.
