Help!!!!!

I have just changed the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and sleeve along with the flywheel on my 2010 Mini R56. I also replaced the transmission main seal and the right side shaft seal. Started for the first time and no leaks, clutch strong everything great until I pulled into garage and had a puddle of trans fluid on the floor. I suspected the trans main seal so repulled the transmission and the seal seemed to be fine and no evidence of the new clutch having any fluid on it. the leak seemed to be coming from the right seal, so replaced it. Before replacing the shaft I noticed what appears to be sealant at the base of the shaft, removed it and reinstalled. Once again, no leaks, test drove and leak returns. What am I missing, anyone else experienced this or have any
ideas. Thanks in advance.
