2013 Cooper S No Start

Good Morning. I ran my daughters 2013 Cooper S after sitting for 2 months. Started, ran great. Lunch time, went to drive again and no start. I have power, everything turns on. Battery is fully charged. I can hear an actuator or motor come on when I press the start button but nothing to the starter. Is this a bad starer or relay? I checked all fuses in engine compartment box. I was hoping someone can help me drill it down before I buy a starter. I do not have any fault codes. I just get the service light and exclamation point. This is what I get for not driving it!

service light and exclamation point means your OBDII scanner should be able to tell you something that is helpful because that is how you find out your codes from your car.
