Question,...

I love Porsche!!! Thats should be good enough to keep this thread out of the OT,...

... now, I am selling my tool cabinet that I only used for a short while,... I owned if for a couple of years now, I think? But I only used it while I had the porsche,... I now keep my tools in little tool boxes on the truck so I don't really need it anymore. It is also taking up alot of space in my "mothers" half azz garage,... I want to know what you guyz think I could get for it,... I went to sears homepage and priced new ones and come to conclude that those things are expensive as hell!!! I can't remember exactly how much I paid for mine but I know it was about a 1000 or so,... it's a craftsman tool cabinet,... I didn't take every last measurement but here's an idea,... the overall height on it's wheels is 5'. The depth of the lower portion the the cabinet is 18" with a width of 27". The inside depth of the drawers is 16" and the width is about 25", I didn't actually measure the width but by eyeballing it's about 25". Now the top has pretty much the same width and the depth is 1" shorter than the base so you would imagine the inside depth tobe 1" shorter also. It's pretty much in perfect condition except for some dirt here and there. I used drawer liners so scratches are brought to a minimum if any,... I have all the keys for it including the spares. The very top of the cart has a compartment to store stuff too with a swing open lid. I attached an image of both side with drawers exploded. Let me know,...

Are they ball bearing drawers? If not the bottom could sell for $225-$250 used if in excellent condition and the top around $200. You could add $80-$100 a piece if they have ball bearing drawers. Botton being $325-$350 and top $280. I have the very same bottom cabinet at work. I purchased it for $225 on sale at Sears 7 years ago. The prices have gone up slightly since.

If you lived closer to me I would know someone who would take them off your hands.

Oh wait! Repaint then Guards red and throw one of those huge 24" Porsche vinyl stickers on it. That would increase the value quite a bit. Oh wait that is what i have planned for mine. Sorry I was just thinking out loud.

When was the last time you changed your timing and balance belts and/or cam chain and tensioner?
