Remote mount oil filter: O-Berg type
O-berg oil filter for sale.
Dimensions are 5.25 inches by 5.25 inches. Includes Tell tale light switch for when filter needs cleaning. Has 90 degree elbows with AN-8 flared fitting end connectors installed. Perfect oil filter for Type 1 VW engine application where no original engine oil filter existed, or secondary filtration. Can be used for tranny oil as well as engine oil. Has built in pressure bypass valve if filter gets blocked to avoid overpressure. Asking $110.00 new units go for approx. $159.00 on-line.
