I have for sale a near complete 1979 type II, 2.0L, GE series, FI engine. This engine is 95% complete. It has the complete long block, all the sheetmetal, and exhaust. It even has the electronic ignition distributor and its module. It has the alternator and its volt regulator. The only things missing are the air filter housing and the AFM.
I am not able to start this engine on the ground, so I can not verify its internals, but engine turns over with a wrench. I performed a leakdown test and all cylinders had between 5-10% leakage. So, with that said, I can not guarantee if it runs. It is being sold as a core. I am in the Los Angeles area and can be reached at
