I guess I don't understand some people here..... make me an offer on the wheels and when I respond I don't hear from them. Odd.....

Here's the deal - Bottom dollar is $650 inluding shipping CONUS and 3% PayPal. Or you can think of it as $550 wheels + $80 shipping + $20 PayPal.
