This book is one of a rare limited edition book of only 3000. The authors trace the "Carrera legend" back to it's beginnings and describe all the earlier Carrera models. There are chapters on the developmental background of the Carrera RS, it's technical specs, and a detailed review of its standard and special order equipment. Others chapters cover the technical aspects and the racing history of the competition model RSR. This book is an ideal reference work for aficionados, collectors, and restorers.
