I tried a set of blacks F and blues R in my 86. Unbeleivable bite for three laps at Sandown, I never thought the old girl could pull up like that. Then the juddering set in. (they had been bedded). They heat spotted, then eventually destroyed my front rotors, cracked from the centre out. Now I reckon the econmics work in favour of destroying standard pads on track days at what, $250 than the $grand for the Pagids plus cost of new rotors.
It always used to wake me up in the morning when I sailed thru the stop sign at the end of the street though. Geez they are useless till they get up some heat.

Ahhh yes - did you have the Pagids in the day you shot both of us through the sandpit at Calder? Or was it the time you attacked the gravel with enough "fahrvergnuegen" to almost hit the XR6 sign at Sandown?

ps: when are you next in sydney? - i should have taken you up on your offer to relocate the kremer for me...
