Brisbane Coffee & Cars this Sunday -
I'll be heading out Sunday morning with the 930 to this event held in the city.
Should be good ! I might see some of you there - hopefully the weather will be nice .. This event has become huge in the states .. Cars & Coffee 2011 The first Cars & Coffee event is at the end of the month (every fourth Sunday through November) and is to be set up at Blue Sky Coffee. Remember that other than a cup of your favourite blend this is a no cost event and all are welcome. Cars, bikes, trucks & scooters of all brands & vintages will find a park and not a salesman in sight! In time we can see C&C taking up a city block so come and be a part of the originals I believe it's organised by the racing room .. Coffee and Cars kick starts March 27 at Blue Sky Coffee in the valley. Blue Sky have kindly lent us the use of their facility for every Brisbane city event this year and as true car enthusiasts themselves, have welcomed the no-sell philosophy of C&C. Sounds great, but I unfortunately don't have a running car or bike to attend on/in
Might come for a look none the less...

No idea, but I'm guessing there's lots of space.. After all it is about cars so there would have to be lots of parking available ...

Not sure ... I wouldn't imagine that they'd have an event where there are families including probably small children walking around looking at cars on the street ... Interesting point though ... Guess I'll find out Sunday. If it is street parking based it will never work ..

I had high hopes but they were lost as I pulled up to see no parking available apart from on the street .. I'm afraid that this will never work ... Nice venue but not right for that application .. Major Bummer ...

The Hotrodders have the right idea using Harry's Cafe on Newmarket Road in Windsor - on a weekend there's a huge amount of parking. Sounds like Cars'n'Coffee needs a similar kind of venue?

Actually there were quite a few p-cars there when I was there but they were all parked up and down the street .. Not really conjusive to the concept of coffee and cars , go to YouTube and type it in and you'll see how the yanks do it .. MUCH better .. But hey hopefully it can be adopted here somehow ..
