My 2.5 hour lumbar surgery Thursday turned into a 7 hour surgery, then when I woke up I couldn't pee. That was officially my worst pain ever. By the time I convinced the RN that I needed urinary catheterization, my bladder held over 900mL. Yesterday and today were a bit rough as well, but I'm getting better slowly.
