What Is Churning?

The only fee or commish I've paid YTD was when I bought into a vanguard fund, hit me with a $75 cover charge at the door.
thy didn't say anything about a two drink minimum but i got a cool hand-stamp out of it.

Based on the past history (and hysteria) of this stock:
if the news is absolutely terrible the stock might go down a little.
If it's only marginally terrible, it'll go up a little.
If it's just bad, it'll go up a lot

Often, stocks that run up strongly into earnings get sold off at the earnings report, even if its good news. "Sell the news"

Spot on, but Tesla doesn't seem to follow the rules very well, hard to predict. Or maybe it's just me.

It will probably drop more after earnings.

and there's the expected S&P500ization of the co.

So let's see... take the arcsine of the throbbing erect price movement, divide by the angle of the dangling non-earnings, then take the nth root of the Lyapunov fn on the complex plane thus formed...
