Back in the early 2000s during Tiger's heyday, the biggest crowds following the golfers around at every event were Tiger and Daly. The size of the crowds were equally impressive. I always followed Daly. The guy (and the people following him) was just such a crack-up. He'd be smoking waiting to tee off, then throw the cigarette down in the T box and just smash the chit out of the ball. One time he rolled the ball just off the green in some rough with his 2nd shot on a par 5. We were standing right next to him and he swings really hard, tops it and the ball goes a couple of inches. Without a practice swing, he walks up and does the exact same thing again. Third time he sends it about 100 feet straight up and it lands 6 inches from the hole.
