Kudos to Bendpak!

Ordered replacement hydraulic cylinders for my scissor lift about a month ago and found out they were shipped to the wrong state!

Spoke to Bendpak yesterday and got an email this am that another pair were overnighted from CA to NC at no charge.

Pretty excellent customer service.

Nice to hear good customer service stories.
And they sent them to you without charging for them to cover their mistake? Outstanding.

The old ones can't be rebuilt? I hope they don't go in the trash.

Yes they can, however with corrosion, they are likely to fail again. I had planned on trashing them, but if their is any interest I'll gladly pack 'em up and send them (free, of course).

Good to hear. If you talk to them tell them they need to fix the HUGE design fail with their 4-post lifts and bridge jack clearance height for lowered cars (which is 90% of their target market). I have told them, they blow me off and all the other zillions of us owners who have the same problem and have complained to them about it.

Sorry, venting. Otherwise I love my Bendpak stuff.
