Going to Amelia Island this weekend - Any advice/tips from those who have been?

Heading to Amelia Island Concours Thurs-Mon. Staying in a VRBO/AirBNB just south of the Omni. Planning the Werks Reunion on Friday along with some auctions on Saturday. Sunday of course the show (bought the early entry tickets).

Never been there for the show, have been to Amelia Island twice before for conferences at the Ritz at other times of the year.

Any advice from those who have gone?

Saturday is also Cars & Coffee at the Concours. Normally on the same field as the Sunday event. Well worth a visit. And the second year of Concours de Lemons as well. There is normally a few oddball cars there as well. On Friday around lunch the Concours cars stop on their road tour in downtown Fernandina Beach. You should be able to fit that in if you leave Werx early.

If you can get a table, Lagniappe (pronounced Lan-Yap) near the Harris Teeter has good reviews.

No problem! Let me know if you need more recommendations. I will be at the Concours de Lemons event, if you stop there, say hi!

I went last year for the first time. Get there EARLY 7 no later than 8. Make sure you know where you are parking ! There are free shuttles to get around. Most all vendors take credit cards. Good luck and enjoy !

Oh, might be a good idea to get some bug repellent. The no-see-ums and mosquitoes should be out especially in the morning.

I'll second that. There's one way in & out and traffic begins stacking up early. It's a fun, relaxed event...enjoy.
