Are they really that ugly ? Honda Crosstour

Im back to smoking the Honda crack pipe . I got an Accord for a beater last year, and love it . 30 some mpg, its faster than my boxster, and its a Honda. Tires, brakes , oil changes, and light bulbs . No drama car to own .
I have been eyeballing the crosstour . It was mentioned quite a few times in the " car you would never own thread "
I could pack a bunch of tools in there, or luggage, stuff the family in it etc.
It about as un-car guy as you can get , but I don't really care, I am looking for an appliance car . I kind of like the uniqueness .
O.k, let me have it , how much do you hate it ?

When they first came out, I recall seeing a Crosstour with a Panamera badge on the back.

As far as an appliance car, I can't see how you can go wrong with a honda. As far as looks go, yeah they're ugly. But who cares when you can stuff a bunch of junk in the back and still get decent gas mileage?

More like, if it'll take all the junk I can put in the trunk... looks don't matter.

Hondas are great across the board and if you are nearsighted enough the Crosstour ugly won't bother you much. One of the downsides with owning a Honda is that they are easy to steal and the teenage night gremlins know it. Accord and Civic are often at the top of the list for stolen vehicles... not the Crosstour though. These teen thieves are not so nearsighted apparently.

Rode to my grandson's basketball game in his mom's Crosstour. Very comfortable rig, enormous inside, to me, coming from a two seater. I bet if you fold the seats it would be like a minivan in there.

You can't see how ugly it is from the driver's seat, that is what I always told people when I had an Integra. GSR sedan, great car, still miss it sometimes. Sticky tires and good brake pads transformed that thing.
