It kind of looks like that, but seems much more likely that it says "hill driver" Soapbox racers were, either before my time, or maybe just seemed that way since I live anyplace with hills. But I think soapbox racers generally used hills for motivation.

I saw a video online yesterday with a couple of clips from vegans protesting. In one case, they went into a restaurant or diner, I think, in the UK with a bull horn and started yelling something like "not your mother, not your milk" and a bunch of other crap. Some older guy in the place swung at one of them.

Then in another clip a couple approached a couple of big ol' boys fishing that had a freshly caught fish laying next to them. The protestors started talking a bunch of crap. Then asked "how would you feel if we hooked a dog by the mouth and threw him in the water?" Then after a bunch more ridiculous back and forth, they grabbed the fish and threw it back into the water. I was very surprised that the two fishermen didn't throw them in after the fish.
