I agree. I once worked with a guy who grew up about an hour from where Woodstock was held. At age 14 he hitchhiked to Woodstock, by himself, and spent three days at the event. I’m sure he grew up quite a bit in those three days! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...a023c4cd81.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1691179697.jpg Life jackets in 1925 http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1691179697.jpg Here's a scrap pile of 8-bit OTP plastic-packaged INTEL microprocessors de-soldered and removed from digital-dash-optioned cars made by GM between 1984-1987. These have 16K of programmable ROM built into the chip and are programmed to make the digits blink on and off, once you hit 85 MPH, on a 2-1/2 digit VFD readout. If you brought the vehicle above 85, you'd never know it. Psychological means to get people to slow down I suppose. Anyway, they were removed and replaced with a new microprocessor programmed to permit the dash to show true MPH, up to 199 MPH. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1691179697.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1691179697.jpg |
Gotta admit I'm a little impressed.

It is hard to imagine the obstacles that independent miners had to overcome to start a mine like this. |

Kid may be smarter than originally thought... although it would've probably been difficult to use that type of can opener on that jar lid...
...maybe the lid was cranked on there by an ill-adjusted factory machine and was impossible to remove. Quote:
