This photo is an approximate true color image of comet 67P taken by the Rosetta spacecraft's OSIRIS Narrow Angle Camera on March 17, 2015. This image is a four-frame mosaic, with each color frame imaged through VIS_BLUE, VIS_GREEN, and VIS_RED filters. At the time this image was taken, Rosetta was located roughly 82 km from the comet's center.

To be honest - even when drunk it still looks weird! Convair NC-131H Total In-Flight Simulator (TIFS). This one-of-a kind aircraft was an important in-flight simulator primarily used to study how an aircraft would handle before building an expensive, full-scale prototype. It was created for the U.S. Air Force in the late 1960s by the Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory of Buffalo, N.Y. (later the Calspan Corp.).

That's an interesting story! Looks like there was some fraud and abuse involved with the use of the companion pass.

Big shot! 13 ft long and weighing 1,000 lb, the AIM-54 "Phoenix" ranks among the largest AAMs ever to enter US service. It was twice as heavy as the AIM-7 Sparrow and five times the weight of an AIM-9 Sidewinder! The warhead along was 135 lb. It also flew at Mach 5 speeds.

ENIAC: Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer)[1][2] was the first programmable, electronic, general-purpose digital computer, completed in 1945.[3][4] There were other computers that had combinations of these features, but the ENIAC had all of them in one computer. It was Turing-complete and able to solve "a large class of numerical problems" through reprogramming

ENIAC could do 50 multiplications per second, and it had 18 ALUs. The FPGA chips now can do 500M multiplications per second on 3600 ALUs. That's two billion times the math in about .0001% of the space. Quite a bit of progress.
