I hear you, I really do but these aren’t simply people that I disagree with. They are people with a platform and an audience who spread misinformation and encouraged uninformed people not to take public health measures during a public health emergency.

"Celebrating" anyone's death is unseemly, whether you agree with them or not.

But...there are many cases of celebrating the death of an enemy (Adolf Hitler, Osama Bin Laden, etc.).

What many people seem to have forgotten is that our fellow citizens who happen to disagree are our opponents and are are not our enemies. There are, however "news" organizations whose business case is based on making people fearful and angry.

Regarding anti-vaxxers & anti-maskers who die - I only "celebrate" it as a further proof of science, specifically Darwinism.

BS. The day I heard we killed Bin Laden I had several fists pumps in the air.

I was really happy the day the low life coward terrorist that shall not be named, that killed 168 people, and injured hundreds more in the Oklahoma City bombing, was killed by the government after a long and expensive trial. He looked into the glass windows of the building and saw children at the day care. He lit a bomb and killed them with no remorse. Damn straight I celebrated his demise.

The head of Isis that we took out with a drone strike was cause for celebration. There are indeed people that deserve killing. That has nothing to do with people dying from a disease like the Kung Flu, unless they said it was all a hoax and there was no real threat to anyone at all. Then there is a bit of karma.

For the millions of normal people, one persons view of karma is another persons view of a tragedy.
