Surgeons pointed out they are identical twins but have a laundry list of physical symmetry issues. Differences in collar bone and nose shape, chin protrusion, eye spacing, sternum depth.

Docs made it clear that larger breasts would accentuate the noted imperfections in the chest area. They seemed to listen and would think about it.

Docs also said it's impossible to make two breasts symmetrical let alone four.

When one of the docs said he had twin boys and tried to talk about them, the girls kept bringing the topic back to themselves (surely scripted) They came across as grossly self absorbed.

Not all that physically attractive to me, and all ate up with psych issues. Hell to the no.
