After building a barn back in the mid-90's, I had carpal t so bad my right hand felt like it was on fire at night. So I had the surgery and it has been fine ever since.

I started taking glucosamine and chondroitin for knees, and my carpal tunnel issues went away also.

I got the elbow thing after a car wreck, ice helped some, protecting it from injury I think helped a lot

I had the surgery on both hands. Before the surgery the only thing that provided any relief was the wrist supports with the metal brace inside it that formed kind of a spoon in the palm of your hand. I tried everything. that is the only thing besides surgery that helped mine. what worked for me might not work for someone else.
