I sure would like to get my hands on her.............lab/machine shop. That has some really cool stuff right there. I have a small lathe and milling machine that I use in model building but nothing suited for making watch parts.

Rob, your wife is very cool. I seem to recall her posts on another forum, and she is good people.
Angela has a lot of interesting things to say, and I like her observations. As for the Horologist, it really makes no difference to me whether she is a boy or a girl, simply because I don't know her. I don't see horology as having any real gender slant. It seems like dry work to me, very exacting but not particularly exciting. It takes a special temperament for that. |

Definitely very cool given her devotion to such a mechanical art. And I can see the merit of what she does beyond the art of it all. There is an aspect of micro engineering in what she does. OK maybe not exactly "micro" but the scale of the engineering is impressive.
