Got a Valve Index.
What no one ever told me is how the binary vision is a complete game changer. I'm on a 32x9 screen, I have great field of view. The VR reduces that, but in most situations I'll happily trade the field of view for the way the mind reacts when a shark is incoming and my eyes are shifting inwards to track the snout. I'm really looking forwards to this advancing combined with augmented reality. I could customize and optimize my workspace, and the way I work. |

I have noticed you don't notice the reduction in view once you are going. I have 3 curved 27" screens but the Index is more immersive. We have some exposed ductwork and I think that sometimes interferes with the tracking. 99% of the time it is great though in a 13x7 play area. Might look into a 3rd box though.
