Same here, born in the same hospital and “Territory “ is on my certificate as well.

54 1/2.... Still ski hard and can make a fast lap or two on an MX bike, but my ambition is going down and my body is not as limber as it once was. I wake up sore after a day of any kind of physical activity. Just hopping down off the tail gate of my truck can be a painful experience.

Yep, as hard as you fight it, mother nature, genetics and age just takes its toll.

At 56 yrs old I still try do do the same stuff I did at 20. Unfortunately my body has an issue with that and imposes a penalty on me.... But, I will continue the fight!
