I've started mountain biking, and that means plenty of interval training. I've dropped 10 pounds, and gained some muscle. I hate COVID, but I am grateful for the better overall health I am in now.

Evidently, there are lots of people who have no measure of self discipline. I have gained about 3-4# over the Winter from mostly being indoors, and having fluid retention problems related to my heart.

I have done more major projects over the last year than many other years....stay busy, stay alive !

Same here, for the most part, my office remained open and running the entire time.

The only real change was not going out to eat for about 3-4 months until everything opened back up. We then avoided going out at first, because we believed the fear hype. Now back out at least one evening every weekend with Family and Friends.

Weight did not change, would like to drop 10 lbs, if I ever stop working 80-100 hour weeks I may finally get back into the gym.

I step on my Withings wi-fi scale every morning. It graphs out your weight trends over any length of time you wish. Easily see how there is a weight gain in the late fall and loss in the spring...for me anyways. I recorded a 149 this am.

To answer the question, no I do not believe those statistics on their own.
