Not much, just a little. That is a 5 gal. pail on the ice for size. And no, we do not have boards around the rink, just snow banks!

A Beautiful 5-Acres!

I lived in this part of the country for 20-years but the long grey (and sometimes really bitter) winters can get to you and the rust damage to my cars was the last nail in the coffin.

CO, NM or UT is a perfect place for seasons and mild winters.

I'm a builder in NJ, and couldn't build your house at todays costs for that price, even if the lot was free.

Considering the cost of materials, It might be worth it to part it out.

Do you lament losing the sense of community, friendship, and roots you've sowed for 31 years? It must be hard to start over from zero after a certain age. Yet people seem to do it often, but typically move near their children.
