Standing up there is one thing.
Maintenance is another thing. A whole different thing is the dude(s) that had to go up there BEFORE the ladder existed, and install it. Build that shell, build the platform, wire the lights, mount the lights, all of the weird heavy liftin', usin' tools, buildin' stuff part of it. Don't drop the screwdriver, and don't forget to pack the socket you need (or lunch, or a way to pee) since it's at least an hour climb each way to the job site...
