We can't get one until middle of September sometime. Hopefully we wont have to drive 95 miles away to get it this time. It would be nice to get it at a local facility.

If it’s anything like here, you shouldn’t have to do that. Hell every pharmacy around has signs up trying to give them out, walk-ins with no waiting. I can think of 5 places to get one in less than a mile from my house, not counting the large hospital in that radius. 🤣

We went to your Alma mater in Weatherford, OK and a pharmacy tech gave us the shots. It was months before we could have been vaccinated in OK county.

I got my third from a small local pharmacy. I had to fill out a form and listed my ailment and the drug I was taking. In / out.....boom done.

I understand that but I got my USAF issue smallpox shot in 1968. Somehow between 1946 and 1968 it was overlooked ??

If they offer a 4th, and a 5th vaccine, will you continue to get them ? Are they adding efficacy, or trying to replace lost efficacy ?

A. Yes
B. Don’t know. I’m guessing maintaining - like annual flu. - is most likely.

You have 5 places to get Covid shots and a large hospital within a mile of your house???

Within a mile of my house, I have: 2 gas wells, 70 sheep (neighbor’s), about 100 head of cattle, a llama (or is it an alpaca - I can’t tell), 4 horses, 5 houses including mine, 14 people (including our family of 4), several deer, coyotes, transient elk and moose.

One of us is doing it ‘wrong’… I guess it all depends on your perspective.

Different strokes… SmileWavy
