I totally agree. The story line jumped around, and was just poorly done. On my rating scale I would rate it a 2.5 on a 1 to 10 scale.

If you have a lathe, this guy uses powdered metal and superglue to make precise inlays.
There is also the metal wire technique as well but haven't looked into it.

Started watching The Warrior on Netflix. Pretty good so far 3 episodes. It is produced
by Bruce Lee's daughter and based upon his writing's. Set in the late 1800's in San
Fransisco. Lots' of martial arts, adult themes (nudity) , Follows the opium and Tong wars
in the china town. IMBd rating 8.4 out of 10.

Three episodes in. Not even close to being as good as the movie but not terrible. It does try hard to relate to the movie. I will keep watching.

First 2 episodes of the Gentlemen were sort of hard to watch. After that it progressively gets better. I hope there is a second season.

Just finished watching the 6 episode western series on Amazon The English. From 2022 and co-developed with the BBC, I found this a compelling binge and I will watch it again. It has an odd story arc, some amazing characters, but I actually found the last twist very disappointing. The rest is excellent and makes it worthwhile, including the cinematography. The story takes place in Kansas and Wyoming, but it was shot in Spain. It stars Emily Blunt as an Englishwoman and Chaske Spencer as a Pawnee scout who just retired from the cavalry. The acting from both is fantastic.
