Let me be a mod. I'll ban my ignore list and the trolls and idiots would disappear. New trolls or old trolls under new screen names would be banned instantly forever and without warning. That's how it works on one of the gun chat board I frequent and it's just amazing how there's no bickering or personal insults or posts so stupid they tempt someone to hurl an insult.

Came on way too hard, way too much.
No one is going to last as an unpaid internet policeman (I.e., sucker) on a commercial business forum at the level you tried.
It’s not sustainable.
At some point, sooner rather than later for most, esp. if they are putting in the daily HOURS you were doing, you have to ask yourself “why?”
There’s no sensible answer fo that. And this is the inevitable result.

Im just going to pipe up and say that I, and I am sure many others here have noticed a difference since the two of you have stepped up to the plate .
It has not gone un noticed, and your efforts are appreciated .
Take a few days, lick your wounds, but no need to check out all together.
It would be a loss to the forums if you bailed .
