2010+ V6 Camaro - thoughts ?

So I randomly go on CL just for something to do and see what auto gems are out there . I looked at a couple of V6 Camaro's and they peaked my curiosity . So did some online research of reviews .

The V6 makes 304 hp and available with a 6 speed manual . Independent rear suspension . Aftermarket bolt ons get it around 350 hp . Only immediate drawback I see is aprox 3750 lbs .

Any of you guys own one ? General thoughts on the car ? It looks like a pretty big car but reviews say it's a good handling car . Just curious what others think .

My old boss was quite tall. He rented one on a business trip.

Because he was tall, and the position of the top of the windshield, he couldn’t see traffic lights at an intersection.

Visibility from inside out can be compared to that of a tank.

the vehicle of choice at our local Marine base, along with Challenger and Mustang 6s. All with awful open exhaust kits on them.

Might take a bit of searching to find one, but you also may want to look at the 2011 Mustang with what is called the mayhem package. 305 horsepower with added suspension, brakes, and wheels.
Mustang has it all over the Camaro when it comes to outward visibility and comfort...

I rented an SS once, besides the Toyota FJ Cruiser it had the worst blind spots ever.

Buy one, insure it, then put a V8 in it and save on insurance, just kidding.

I've never like the styling of the newer Camaros, I do however love my V6 2013 Mustang Pony edition...lots of good visibilty, and creature comforts. I average 26 mpg on my commute.
