Dangerous drivers to avoid...keep your distance from. Young females...often spotted driving small imports, wearing a baseball cap with a ponytail showing.

Many years ago, I was at a traffic light. After the light, the road went from a divided 4 lane to a 2 lane road. The two people in front of me were a gray haired old man in an old pick-up truck and a middle aged mom in a mini van. In this case, the left lane had to merge into the right lane.

The two drove side by side from the light until the merge. The soccer-mom in the left lane put on her signal while driving along side the truck. I don't think the two were even more than a fender out of alignment. When the lanes merged, she thought he should brake to let her in. He thought she should brake and drop back behind him. Neither did and what ended up happening for 100 yds was she moved over towards him with her car half in the grass and half on the road, and he moved over (so she wouldn't hit him) with his car half in her lane and half in the oncoming lane.

They were both dumbarses. Both should have known better and at least one of them should have yielded (despite whichever was supposed to yield based on traffic laws).

I think that 99.99% of the time, there's a very easy way to stay out of trouble, and that's to not engage or to disengage. Some of the time that won't work. Obviously in the case of the crazy ex-girlfriend, the guy did what he could. At least he's not dead.

In the video above, when the chick did something stupid, if the guy in the truck had followed her just enough to get a pic/video of her car/license and then let her go, he'd be alive. If she had passed and he'd just shook his head and muttered "dumbass" she wouldn't have stabbed him and he wouldn't be dead.

It takes two to tango.

I've never been in a fight. When I was MUCH younger, I've had a couple people push me or call me names. I didn't swing. I mostly just stood there and stared at them. And nothing ever happened.

I've had a couple/few folks get road ragey on me over the years, I've never followed them or gotten out of my vehicle to confront them. I've never been stabbed, shot or hit in the process.

Again, assuming the "girl" in the original post didn't stab or shoot the guy, and only did something obnoxious and/or irritating, then the guy shouldn't have gotten out of his vehicle and even if he did, there was IMO no good reason for him to get physical with her.

If someone calls you names, you don't hit them. If someone cuts you off in traffic or brake checks you, you don't hit them.

Even if they'd been at a McDonalds someplace and on the way out the door she'd poured a drink over his head and then pushed him, and jumped in her car, he still wouldn't (IMO) be justified in chasing her down and punching her.

Now, because he had to escalate and (probably) teach her a lesson (that probably wouldn't have done anything anyway) he's in a world of sheiße. Even if he's completely cleared, this is going to be costly and a huge pain in the arse for him.
Agree 100%.

I wish I could say I've never been in a fight. Won some, lost some. I yelled at a guy to "pull over!" and he did. As I was walking towards his car, this animal of a man exited his car. I didn't see that coming and he was cool about it. He would have knocked me into orbit without any effort. Of course I felt even smaller and he just smiled. Good thing for me.

Had another guy pull gun on me while we were still driving side by side. I could tell he didn't want to use it. He was older and with his older wife. What did they do to me to get me hoppin' mad? I slowed way down for a huge puddle while driving with the top down. Just as I was gently creeping through the water he came blasting by and totally drenched me and the inside of my car, which happened to be a very nice C1 Corvette.

I guess I lost that one too as I drove home to dry off my clothes and clean up the inside of my car.

You never know. BTW, I was 20 at the time. It's easier now at my age to keep my emotions in check (most of the time.)

Often in these situations, things are exaggerated to portray one side as completely wrong and one side as completely helpless and innocent.

Guys lucky he didn't get shot though. especially in Florida, and maybe the girl will not piss people off next time.
Yeah, lets not forget MSM is invloved here. White rich guy driving his Porsche.
