If it's anything up there like it is here, you did.

I was just telling my son yesterday we were lucky to come down with symptoms pre Christmas. Able to find home tests no problem, when I went to schedule and go for a PCR test I was the only one at the clinic.

Fast forward 3 days. All home test kits are sold out, testing sites have a 2-3 hour wait (if you can get in at all), stores and banks are closed due to staffing shortages, etc.

Get well (if you felt sick at all) and enjoy your new antibodies!

Getting a 3rd shot, booster, on Sat morning. Some people(my wife) thinks this is a game changer and that 3rd shot is a must. BTW how come everyone of a certain age who got shots in school ALL got scars on their left arm

My wife just answered that for me, small pox and TB shots scarred everyone, but we don't get those shots anymore. So no scars from these new shots

I think it might have been for me. I got my booster 2 days before my wife fell ill. I took damn good, close care of her, keeping separate be damned. I did not get so much as a sniffle. I originally had 2 doses of Moderna. The booster was Phizer. Could be I have immunity from already having covid. Whatever, it has seemed to work.

I'm opposite from you, I had 2 Pfizer shots and now a Moderna

I’m scheduling my Moderna booster for the Friday before MLK weekend just in case of after effects.

After that, to paraphrase Jim Morrison, “I’ll be out there, stoned, immaculate”.

Edit: Also the CDC says to get the booster ASAP after contracting the virus but I've heard from a few sources that you should wait a couple of weeks to let the antibodies "mature". Hey, it works for whiskey and wine, it can work for me!

Just getting out of quarantine. 17yo tested positive Christmas morning. I got sick shortly after. Board games, movies and the like.

I think I’ve completed Netflix. Ugh.

Well YP,
It is good news that you and your family are well. Maybe, just maybe; it is a good omen for us all for the coming year!
Have a great New Year!

Will do Leaky,

I love torque thrust wheels too. That and mini lites will make ANY car look better.
BTW got my booster shot yesterday, a moderna, bit of a sore arm but no other problems. Coulda been from changing a bunch of wheels and tires .

Speaking of boosters, Anybody recall the jingo "We hope that you'll be a booster, for Wayne and Shuster" If you do …...You're old. And that's a good thing too.
