The 959 on BaT brought $2,120,000
Is the Veyron going to beat that number?
I say no. The 959 appeals to a larger audience. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2006-bugatti-veyron/

That Bugatti interior looks kind of early 2000's Nissan-ish.
They should have the 911r guy do the driving video.

Some cool stuff comes up, but I'm not prepared to spend $20-75k for a toy.

The more stuff you have, the more stuff you have to take care of.
This is very high on my thoughts list these days.

My dad was in the Navy, so because of the international moving, we didn't acquire as much stuff as most folks. It's nice in a way "traveling light." There are times when I think about something specific and think "wish I still had that" but, I'd rather be how we are now, than have a ton of stuff.

Hardly the big story of today, but, unsurprisingly,
The Veyron missed the reserve. It only reached a million, and that amount was bid very early on. No new bids at the end of the auction.
