After looking at the picture, I think they put the barrier up to prevent the people having directional problems from screaming across the grass, re-entering the track and taking someone out by surprise as they are exiting the corner.
Not thay I would do this....but something like that happened to me in the tunnel turn at Pocono. I got punted and spun across the grass and back onto the track right after the left hander that entered the infield. I got clipped in the rear by someone who just made the turn. Boy, was he surprised. No...it was in a Sports Renault (Now spec racer) not the p-car. Dave

Mike Feinstein had the answer "off camber corner" My formula reads thus. Inexperienced driver (for car type) + lack of circuit knowledge + cold tyres + off camber corner = WHAMMMO!$$$$$$$$$$$$

"This may be a little OT, but have Lambo's ever been know to be good/great handling cars? Nothing against this driver or Lambo's but they certainly are cool and can go fast but what is general consensus if they handle well."
Well, i can think of plenty of racing leagues in which Porsche and Ferrari race... but I can't think of one that races Lambos. There's your answer.
