What I've found over time is that women who are overly affectionate or attached to animals are often "damaged". It's a bit like drinking or taking drugs. Their affection for animals becomes part of their coping mechanism... Best avoided IMO but YMMV.

Just get out there and have some fun. If you're a fun positive person the right women will be drawn to you.

I do charity work in my spare time (Homeless younger Australians) and I've met a lot of quality women that way.

Yep, I've come to the conclusion I'm not a sane man. You should see who I've had long term relationships with over the years

Screw 'em and then screw 'em isn't the best way to go about life.

There is (sometimes) a lot of selfless energy put out there into that world.
My ex was a good but damaged woman who created nothing but positivity around her
Heck. She might be the one administering your iv drip the next time you wake up.

Better to be honest, and man up, from the start. Don't even pretend to play the mind games.

Nurses. I ended up in accident and emergency a while ago and had to sit around for hours. I had all the nurses worked out. That one is very nice, that one was a slut when she was at school, I'm in love with Portuguese Maria, that one is smart, that one is a bit dopey but good looking. Another patient looked doubtfully at the dopey looking one and said "Are you sure you're a nurse?" and she said "actually I'm a doctor."

So you never know with nurses - and non-nurses. And the one who I thought was probably a slut, I was probably just jealous I wasn't one of the guys on her dance card.

Bill,
Remember it is socially acceptable to help out at an animal shelter in hopes of meeting a girlfriend. Not so cool doing the same at a women's shelter.

Best

Shaun,

Not dating anyone full time but still have a girlfriend (former Stew) in Berlin Germany that I see from time to time. Also have a former ATF agent who seems to want to get friendlier here in Phoenix, so thats more than enough for me these days! Am not a young stud like you are!

My last date was sometime in 1976...so my viewpoint may be dated.
