I drag it through the Accrusharp knife sharpener every couple of wweeks. Yeah, it shortens the life of the knife lots but hey its a 30 dollar knife.
Bought the 3 pack Victorinix this afternoon. Will use it on a Mango later this evening. We will see. |

Cutco big block. I send them in every few years for free sharpening. Actually not quite free when you include shipping and insurance, but … they’ve replaced a few for free that had a nick or two. I picked up a number of them pretty cheap from eBay.
