I think it was Isabella Rossellini who said when her parents got divorced they let the kids stay in the same house and the parents were the one's who alternated staying in the home with them. Seems pretty smart if you can afford it.

Florida has a 50/50 rule for custody of kids. I have a friend that the kids switch EVERY week between her and her ex. It's court ordered. Could be the same with these two.
