Same chassis and 4.0 TTV8 engine as Porsche Panamera Turbo correct?
Or is that only the Continental?

I’m more excited about this than a Bentley. After a year and a half a Wilhoit 2.2 going in the 63 which will be 60 in a couple months.

Closer. I was in the RROC at the time since I owned a vintage RR, and it was quite the dust up. VW bought the company Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, with all the models and the factory in Crewe, and found out the Rolls-Royce name wasn't included because it belonged to Rolls-Royce Aviation, the company that makes airplane engines.

BMW was salty on the VW deal - they'd started selling RR/B their V12 engines in the 90s because they thought that would give them an inside track with buying the company down the road. Ticked at losing to their rival, they went to Rolls-Royce and made a deal for the automotive rights to screw with VW.

Now, ironically the Bentleys are most like the historical Rolls-Royce cars, while Rolls-Royces are really just fancy BMWs.

Now let's talk Phaeton! ;-)

One of those perfect Naples nights. Low 80’s. Went downtown to see the lights on 5th. Purposely counted cars, 6 or 7 Bentleys, 4 or 5 new Vettes which are a dime a dozen, 5 or 6 Porsches mostly Turbos, 4 or 5 Ferraris, couple of Mclarens and ten gillion Porsche, Audi, Mercedes SUVs. Seeing more and more Lambo SUV’s. The rich Yankees have all made it back down. All that in about 8 long blocks or so. Most of the outdoor high end eating joints packed to the gills. Beaches are opening back up. Probably be this way till the end of the year.

A Les Paul guitar would certainly cover a Bentley

Thought I'd leave this here, even if it's not what the OP is looking for. I'm going to be selling this 2005 Arnage with 7-8k miles, (need to go look at the car today to refresh my memory), one owner since new, stored in climate controlled garage and possibly never seen rain(?)

Going to put in on BaT unless someone from here or some other random connection buys it first. I'll research prices and start its own thread next week. Pictures from my phone, the car is exactly the same even if the photos are not current:

Your 356 is not yellow by any chance is it? I’ve seen one on 5th a few times….I’m headed down to Naples in a few days, can’t wait!
