^^^ If it has sharp edges, I would return it. Amazon makes returns a breeze.
The one you linked is aluminum.
Mine (post 31) was tight when new...now the cards slide out a little easier.

OK - After carrying one a few days I think I like it. A couple swipes with some 400 grip sandpaper took care of the sharp edges. I do think the elastic band (like on the Ridge wallet) instead of the clip is probably more useful (I find I damage bills with the clip).
