Agree on Duvall, Steve. And I remember when Siskel and Ebert reviewed "The Great Santini" on their weekly TV show "At the Movies".

Did you know Duvall was owned by Cattle Dogs?




Speaking of working dogs......

Note how Dundee walks on top of the subway folks when the man makes the comment "packed in like sheep." Like those working dogs sometimes do down under. Little inside humour there.

That said......I really like the way this one ended........
