And for the love of God, please don't reply all to everything you write!
I work on a team of 30 people. When the supervisor asks each of us to reply to him with an answer to a question he has, at least 20 of them reply all. I don't need your reply and am tired of deleting useless messages all day long. I've asked the sup to speak to them but he doesn't give a rip. When I have a day off, I'll have 35-50 of these replies to delete.

You are a very lucky man to have such an easily manageable amount. I start with shift-alt-delete at 300 business emails per day. Then move onto another 150 that have content value or importance that require review. After that I move onto the employee wine and cheese emails.
