Got the first shot and forgot to get the second within 6 months so now need to start all over.

I'm sorry it hit you so hard. I wonder if it had anything to do with the amount of the virus in your system.

I had it last year the second shot got me too

I did the same except someone decided we should change insurance and that threw me off.

Had shingles about 30 years ago back.when I was a tough construction worker/party boy (up all night bleeding from work almost every day).

Felt like I was hit by raging moose!

Went to my parents house stumbled in and curled up on the couch. Mom didn't even have to look at me, she could tell something was terribly wrong.

Scariest part was it kept growing, that and the Dr giving me a blank look when I asked what can you do? "Nothing"

Fortunately it went away in about a week.
